Reading this sentence every day this week strongly helped me to face a challenge I am having with colleagues. I develop the strong consciousness that feeding thoughts regarding the issues I have with them will give energy to the situation and magnify it. Whenever I think about the situation, I put myself as an observer and then I focus on something else. Feeling I have the ability to control my thoughts makes me feel confident that I can create my world without.
Week 1 of the MKMMA is almost gone. I am starting this awesome experience for the second time. Why ? Because I want to go one step beyond. I find my commitment last year was not at the fullest though I gave my best every day.
What was refraining me from diving in the process ? TIME ! Managing my time and establishing a daily routine is a real challenge for me. I want to gain in focus. I also want to learn a way of planning my week that suits me. A way to harmonize the different projects I am working on. Work in progress …
The MKMMA is for me a daily process of becoming conscious of what needs to be improved, making the choice to improve and setting up new habits.
